Lifetime Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products. Should a failure occur that was due to defective material or craftmanship, we will repair or replace the parts as necessary free of charge, but not including shipping. Delivery charges may be required depending on location.
Returns

Loft Beds, Futon Frames (not including mattresses) and other wooden furniture accessories:
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products detailed above, you have 30 days to notify us from the day you received the merchandise to get a full money back refund for the cost of the merchandise. Delivery / Assembly charges may be required to retrieve merchandise.

Futon Mattresses, futon covers or other linens:
Due to the sensitive nature of these products, we accept merchandise in pristine and unused condition only. You have 30 days to notify us from the date you received the merchandise to get a full money back refund. Delivery / Assembly charges may be required to retrieve merchandise.
Buy Backs
We do not buy back any merchandise, unless it qualifies as a 'return'.
Free Removal Service
Since many of our UGA and Emory student customers only use our products for a short time, we offer a free removal service the week before final exams at semesters end. We will remove and keep your loft bed and/or futon frame and reassemble your school issue bed at no charge to you.
Note: All salvaged furniture is completely disassembled, all surfaces are machined to restore fresh, bright look of the wood and reassembled into new furniture.
