Our Tri-Fold w/ Arms Futon converts into three positions: bed, loveseat, & lounger. Arms fold down when put in bed position. Includes a comfortable 6" mattress made with a 2" foam core and 4" of cotton batting. The 8" mattress upgrade has 4" of foam and 4" of cotton batting. Our Tri-Fold w/ Arms twin futon frame is 47" wide and comfortably seats one adult. The full futon frame is 63" wide and comfortably seats two adults. Under a loft bed, the full Tri-Fold w/ Arms futon leaves about 15" of space between the legs which is enough space for our Storage Case. The twin Tri-Fold w/ Arms futon leaves about 29" of space between the legs. Both futon sizes fold out to into a 75" bed.
