Do the playsets come as a kit that we have to assemble?

Bracewell Playset forts are already assembled to make setup easier for do-it-yourselfers.

Can I pick my playset order up?

Absolutely! If you want to save the delivery and setup expense we can prepare the playset for you to pick up. Our wood shop is 4 miles east of East Dublin, Ga. When you arrive the playset will be already assembled. You can help us disassemble the playset enough to travel safely. By helping us you can understand what to do to reassemble at your home.

What tools do I need to put a Bracewell Playset together?

Two people would need a hammer, ratchet w/ 1/2" and 3/4" sockets, drill with 1/2" drill bit and #2 square drive bit, bubble level and hole diggers

How does delivery work at Christmas?

Bracewell Swing Factory is glad to setup your playset for you. We will schedule your delivery, if available, on the day you want. A couple days before your scheduled delivery day we will call with a delivery time and work out any final details.

How long does a delivery take once we arrive?

Usually about an hour.

What does the delivery fee cover?

Our delivery fee covers the transportation, assembly and setup of your playset order. The cost depends on the size of the playset and distance from our shop in East Dublin, GA. Our delivery fee is typically half the cost of big name playset manufacturers.

Does the ground need to be level?

If the ground is level it makes setup easier. The playsets are adjustable to uneven ground and we have some simple techniques to make most sites work.

Three suggestions on site slection:
1) If the playset can be in a shaded area it will be more comfortable to stay and play on.
2) Put the playset far enough away that the kids feel like they are getting away from the house.
3) Make sure you can see the playset from inside of the house to be sure everyone is alright.
